One of my favourite things about working at PPW is that sometimes the wrestlers aren’t the only ones who end up on the treatment table. 😆
This is Joanne.
She’s the mum of one of the wrestlers at PPW, and after hearing about what I do, she came to see me herself.
She’s been struggling with restriction through her neck and wanted to see if I could help.
And I think it’s a good reminder of something I probably don’t say enough:
You don’t have to be a wrestler to come and see me.
Yes, I specialise heavily in pro wrestling. Yes, you’ll normally find me surrounded by wrestlers held together by tape and questionable life decisions. 😂
But the door is open to everyone.
Whether you train, compete, work behind a desk, drive for a living, or you’re simply fed up of something stopping you from moving and feeling the way you want to, you’re welcome.
That’s what Big John Rehab is ultimately about.
Helping people move better, feel better and get back to doing the things they enjoy.
Joanne, thank you for trusting me! 🧡
I’ll now be away from PPW for the rest of August, but I’m back in full force from September 9th.
If you’ve been thinking about getting something looked at, wrestler or not, drop me a message and we’ll get you booked in. 💪🏻
