Iliotibial Band (ITB) Syndrome is a common overuse injury, especially in runners, cyclists and gym-goers. It often causes pain on the outer side of the knee that worsens with activity.

Common signs include:

Mechanical Neck Pain – Why it happens & how to fix it 💆‍♂️

Stiff, achy neck? Struggling to turn your head or sit comfortably at your desk? You might be dealing with mechanical neck pain.

👉 This is one of the most common types of neck pain and is usually linked to:
• Poor posture (especially phone/laptop use 📱💻)
• Muscle tightness or weakness
• Joint stiffness
• Repetitive movements or long periods in one position

The good news? It’s very treatable.

✔️ What helps:
• Keeping your neck moving (don’t completely rest it)
• Improving posture & workspace setup
• Strengthening and mobility exercises
• Hands-on treatment (manual therapy, soft tissue work)

🚫 What to avoid:
• Staying still for too long
• Ignoring early signs of stiffness
