Join us for an immersive Blue Lotus Ceremony & Sound Bath Journey, created as a sacred space to step away from the noise of everyday life, soften into yourself and reconnect with the quiet place within.

Blue Lotus carries an enchanting legacy stretching back thousands of years to ancient Egypt, where its appeared throughout temples, tombs, and sacred artwork. It was closely woven into Egyptian rituals and symbolism, representing rebirth, renewal, beauty and the eternal cycle of life. The flower was regarded as something deeply mystical … emerging from the waters at dawn and opening towards the light, embodying the journey of awakening and transformation and the connection to the Sun 🌞

As part of our ceremony, we will share Blue Lotus tea, traditionally associated with relaxation, tranquillity, dreaminess and heightened spiritual awareness. The experience invites you to slow down, soften the senses and turn inward, creating a beautiful space for meditation, intention and connection.

As you settle in, allow yourself to be carried by the sounds of crystal singing bowls, gong, channeled vocals, hand drums, native drone flutes, shruti box, chimes and other sacred instruments. 🎶

After falling in love with this instrument ourselves we’ve decided to join hands with the creators to share its magic far and wide! 🪄

Wayunki is a distinctive sound instrument created in 2018 from a vision to explore the relationship between vibration, resonance and consciousness.

Its origins lie in a profound sound experience during a ceremonial journey, which inspired its maker, Ondřej Janoušek, to develop an entirely new instrument. What emerged was not a replica of anything that came before it, but something with its own unmistakable voice — gentle, resonant and deeply atmospheric.

Today, Wayunki is used by sound practitioners, musicians and meditation facilitators around the world for sound baths, meditation, relaxation, ceremonial work, therapeutic practices and intuitive music-making.

The world we live in can be so fast paced it is sometimes hard to realise how much our nervous system is craving for some calm and peace! 🎶 🧚‍♀️

Sound healing has helped me in so many ways over the years to switch off, reset and to come back to my body, my heart and my centre! ✨

The biggest lessons have definitely come from becoming a mother! Our son our biggest teacher…… showing us how to be patient, to live in the moment and to appreciate the beauty of the simple but most magical and important in life ….. family, friends, time together and being in nature! 🐦

As one we love her, as one we heal her….. her heart beats with our own as one! 🌿💚🥁

Happy New Moon in Cancer!🌚 🦀…. An emotional day as tomorrow I step into hummingbird on the medicine wheel ….
For the past few years I’ve been walking with Jaguar as my ally🐆 the guide who helps us stay grounded and rooted with pachamama, to face our fears and to live in integrity! She is also known as the mother …. a beautiful mirror to becoming a mother to our gorgeous little lion cub almost a year ago! 🦁

What a journey it has been…. I lost all my money, lost my apartment…. Was left with the bare minimum and didn’t know where I’d go …. Especially having no family in the UK it was scary …. I felt like a failure and all sorts of emotions came to the surface from the shadows to be loved with compassion and witnessed ….. luckily a friend allowed me to stay with them who I will be forever grateful to! 🙏🏼🥹

But this was all done for a purpose…. to teach me to forage what I need from the earth rather than buy things like a chacapa. To only take what I need so that the earth is left flourishing … to give her offerings and ensure reciprocity was always the main intention🌿

My entire life in London dried up in overnight ….. a life I loved and had built from the ground up had to die to allow the new to come in! And the new has been a magical, crazy, incredible ride! I met my partner Leo Oppenheim naked in a lake 😂 🦁 and soon we conceived our son! All not part of “the plan” ….. but definitely part of “spirits plan”! A beautiful one I couldn’t have even written if I tried to imagine it! ❤️🥹

These photos taken by the amazing Peggy feel like the biggest gift! To be in nature, with my drum and flute …. who I also see as ally’s…. The hide and wood all having their own spirit….. walking barefoot on the earth my last footsteps as a jaguar mama before I begin to take flight! Wearing a gorgeous dress made with so much intention from B R A H M A K I 🥹🫶🏻🌹

My heart is overflowing with gratitude after such a beautiful weekend together at Sacred Sounds 🫶🏻

Gathering beneath the energies of the New Moon in Gemini, we journeyed with the element of Air as our sacred ally… inviting stillness, expansion, clarity, and deeper communion with the unseen realms 🌬️✨

Through the spirit of sound, we were guided into a space beyond words, a space of presence, remembrance, and inner reflection.

Like the breath itself, Air carried us gently between worlds… awakening insight, inspiring new perspectives, and creating room for what is ready to emerge 🌿

There is something profoundly moving about witnessing souls come together in an intentional way. Each person bringing their own medicine, their own frequency, contributing to the collective heartbeat that forms when we gather in authenticity, trust and allow vulnerability to be our strength 🥰

To hold this space and share in such a heartfelt journey is an honour I never take for granted. Thank you to each beautiful soul who answered the call, opened their heart, and allowed themselves to be carried by the wisdom of sound.

May the seeds planted beneath this New Moon continue to unfold with grace, inspiration, and divine timing 🌚 ♊️

And a huge thank you once again to for having me feeling like a goddess in one of their gorgeous kaftan dresses! 🌹🫶🏻

Feeling as though I wandered through the gates of Quan Yin’s sacred garden this weekend at … a place where beauty, spirit, and soul intertwined so effortlessly 🪷⛲️🦚

From the moment we arrived, the land held us so gently, the gardens themselves alive with ancient wisdom and quiet blessings!

Beneath blossoming flowers, beside wandering peacocks, and among the most exquisite souls, it truly felt like stepping into another realm… something between a dream, a prayer, and a scene from Alice in Wonderland 🌸🐇✨

There was such a rare magic woven through this weekend, the kind that can only be created when hearts gather with pure intention. I feel deeply honoured and profoundly grateful to have been invited to share the practices and ceremonies that are so sacred to me. From our heart-opening cacao ceremony to the deeply transformative shamanic sound journey, every moment felt infused with presence, connection, and love.

To everyone who entered the space with open hearts, thank you for your trust, your vulnerability, your energy, and your spirit. Meeting so many radiant souls and sharing these moments together is something I will carry with me forever!! It will also always be a very special memory too as it was our son’s first festival and probably the only one where he won’t be walking 👶🏼🥹🤍

And to the entire Verve family — thank you for your warmth, generosity, care, and beautiful hospitality. You created something truly special on this sacred land 🙏🏼❤️

May the prayers, intentions, healing, and love shared throughout this weekend ripple far beyond us … out into the collective, into future generations, and into the heart of Pachamama herself 🌍🌿

Singing to the goddess at the ancient burial site Bryn Celli Ddu in Wales with my beautiful reindeer and birch drum 🥁 ! What an incredible place with an even more incredible energy! 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿

Calling in the spirits of the earth in this sacred place to guide us! 🌿

One of my biggest prayers will always be to connect the collective back to nature…. The feminine of all… the mother of all of us… she is not separate from us for we are her! 💚✨
