Life gets busy. Stress builds up. Sleep isn't always great.
That's why I make time for my own Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT) sessions.
1 to 1.5 hours to switch off, breathe, relax and recharge.
For me, it's become an important part of managing stress, improving sleep quality and helping with perimenopause symptoms.
