The 5th May 2025 was a special day at the Rainbow Community Centre, where a free Health Expo was provided to the community of Manchester. Many came from the surrounding areas to receive free health checks, including fitness tests, massages, cooking classes, presentations, health and wellbeing activities, and many more, demonstrating the importance of good health.
Special guest speakers who are experts in health provided presentations, and one-to-one guidance on how each and every one can improve their present health, including actions to take and next steps.
Led by the Rainbow Community Centre team, many of those in attendance gave their feedback, with a resounding thanks and gratitude towards the continuous efforts of the Rainbow Community Centre in supporting the local community and wider regions.
Regular events for all age groups are provided with follow-ups on activities provided by the centre, spanning several supporting services.
