Dear Vera, Angie, Jenna and Dan,

Thank you so much for your beautiful and heartfelt message. It truly means the world to all of us here at Moorfield House. Caring for your dad was a privilege, and we feel honoured that you entrusted us with such an important part of his life.

Your words about the compassion, support and professionalism you experienced are deeply appreciated by the whole team. We are especially grateful for your recognition of the staff’s efforts to ensure your dad’s comfort, dignity and happiness each day. He brought a warm presence to our home, and it was a joy for us to get to know him and to be part of his journey.

Steph and the rest of the team were touched to hear how much their time with him meant to you. Knowing that we were able to bring him moments of joy and reassurance is exactly why we do what we do.

Thank you again for taking the time to share such thoughtful feedback. It brings comfort and encouragement to all of us. We are truly grateful to have been part of your dad’s life and to have supported your family during this time.

Angela, thank you so much for your beautiful words. It means more than we can say. It has been a privilege for all of us at Moorfield House to care for your mum, and to support you and your family during such an emotional and difficult time.

We are truly grateful for the trust you placed in us. Your mum brought so much joy, and she will always be remembered here with great fondness. Knowing that our care and companionship brought comfort to her, and to you, is the greatest reward we could ask for.
