🌿 Client Reminder 🌿

Just a friendly reminder that Reiki and Beyond will be taking a short two-week break from this Saturday for continued training 👀 and some rest and recharge in between.

I am fully booked before I finish for my break. However, if you would like to be added to my waitlist for any cancellations, please send me a DM.

My diary will still be open for bookings while I'm away, so please feel free to get in touch. My first available appointment is Saturday 20th at 12pm.

I'll also keep you updated on the garden treatment room, which I'm hoping will be ready by the time I return. 🌿

Today was all about continuing my learning and adding a new skill to my holistic toolkit. 🌿

I completed my Hot & Cold Stone Massage training and absolutely loved it.

After experiencing the treatment for myself, I can completely understand why so many people enjoy it. The warmth of the stones creates such a relaxing experience and encourages the body to truly unwind.

I'm looking forward to introducing Hot & Cold Stone Massage to Reiki & Beyond and sharing more information over the coming weeks.

A very enjoyable and inspiring day. ✨

Happy Bank Holiday weekend! ✨

What are your plans this weekend? Are you someone who plans everything out, or do you just go with the flow?

I’m a bit of both — I like having my diary organised, and then letting the rest unfold naturally around it.

Today I’m taking it easy before seeing a client for wood therapy, then I get to play chauffeur for a friend who’s picking up her new fur puppy and welcoming her into the family 🐶🤍

After a little puppy play I will be back in the treatment room for my lovely client’s.

Honestly, those are my favourite kinds of weekends — a mix of intention, treating my clients to some self-care and those wholesome moments in between ✨
