💉 From 1 September 2026 – Flu Vaccinations

From 1 September 2026, flu vaccinations will be available for:

* Pregnant women
* All children aged 2 or 3 years old on 31 August 2026
* All primary school and secondary school-aged children
* Children aged 6 months to under 18 years who are in a clinical risk group

💉 From 1 October 2026 – Additional Flu Cohorts

From 1 October 2026, the flu vaccination offer will be extended to:

* Those aged 65 years and over
* Those aged 18 to 65 years in a clinical risk group
* Residents in long-stay residential care homes
* Carers in receipt of Carer’s Allowance, or those who are the main carer of an elderly or disabled person
* Close contacts of immunocompromised individuals
* People experiencing homelessness
* Frontline healthcare workers

🦠 From 1 October 2026 – COVID-19 Vaccinations

COVID-19 vaccinations will also be available from 1 October 2026 for:

* Those aged 75 years and over
* Residents in care homes for older adults
* Individuals aged 6 months and over who are immunosuppressed

Pharmacy Dispenser (Full Training Provided)
We are looking for a motivated and reliable Pharmacy Dispenser to join our team. No previous qualifications are required, as full training will be provided for the right candidate. This is a full-time position with an immediate start available.
Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 10:00 am – 6:00 pm
Key Responsibilities:

Dispensing prescriptions accurately and safely, including ordering, labelling, endorsing, and preparing medicines for collection

Supporting the safe supply of medicines in line with pharmacy procedures

Working closely with pharmacists and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality pharmacy services

Providing advice and support to patients regarding their medications, and referring queries to the pharmacist when necessary

Following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure safe and legal dispensing practices

Preparing and dispensing monitored dosage systems (e.g. blister packs/“vena pack”) for care homes

Managing MAR charts and backing sheets for care home patients

Requirements:

Good attention to detail and accuracy

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Willingness to learn and undertake training

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
