Tight hips? Struggling with your straddle stretch? 👀
My client came in with tension in the hips and hamstrings during straddle, plus discomfort with frog stretch.
After a full postural assessment, functional testing, and joint assessment, we identified:
🚩Tight psoas
🚩Tension in the TFL
🚩One hip sitting higher than the other
🚩Glutes not activating properly
🚩Compensation patterns
🚩Hip rotation restrictions
🚩Tension through the hips and hamstrings in straddle
