My focus this year is to get fitter and lose a little chub, I'm simply adding a botanical supplement to my daily routine & exersizing.

No shakes, no fuss; I’m adding a vegan, fruit flavoured cordial to my water and boosting my metabolism!

Hello followers, It's been a long time since I last posted here. Well, I'm back using this page so if you see this post please say 'Hi'. Let me know you're still around 😀

A little update and a bit about me, I'VE JUST TURNED 50 🤦🏻‍♀️. Rather than get depressed about that fact, I'm embarking on getting as healthy as I can.

I've joined a gym with hubby and we go 3 times a week 👍

For those of you that don't know, we have 4 daughters between us (second marriage for both of us). They range in age from 33 down to 10, the oldest 2 being my bio girls, I was a very young mum 😄

I have 2 grandchildren aged 11 & 2,boy and a girl.

We have a crazy husky, Sky who is also 11.

I'll be sharing my life in here, it's not very exciting 🤣🤣🤣. Just a mum who lives for her kids, works full time and has an online side business.
