Shake Rattle and Rain – Free Family Workshops

Step into the calm of Walkden Gardens’ Japanese garden for a gentle, sensory family workshop blending mini forest bathing with making your own rain shaker. A soothing, creative experience for children aged 3+.
Sessions at 11:00, 12:15, and 13:30.

Do you struggle to breathe and it’s difficult for you to leave the house?
Do you want to join a really supportive group who know exactly how you feel?
Do you like singing, not necessarily in tune?
Then why not join our online singing for lung health group?
We meet on Zoom every Tuesday 2-3pm.
Everyone sings ‘on mute’ so don’t worry if you sound like a strangled cat
Send us a message if you want to join.
We are based in Sale but have members as far away as Canada!
We accept donations but if you can’t afford anything, the class is free.
We are supported and approved by the national charity Asthma and Lung UK
