You keep saying “I’m fine”… but your body knows you’re not
❌ Sleepless nights
❌ Tight chest
❌ Snapping at people you love
❌ Mind racing when you just want to switch off.
❌ Your nervous system is screaming what your mouth won’t say.
Here’s how to start listening—and rewiring what’s underneath: 👇🏼👇🏼
🔹 Notice the pattern – Do you feel agitated in stillness? Reach for your phone constantly? That’s your body in fight-or-flight, not rest.
🔹 Name the feeling – “I feel anxious.” “I feel numb.” Naming it brings awareness—and awareness rewires the brain.
🔹 Regulate first, think second – Breathe in for 4, out for 6. Ground your body before you try to “fix” the feeling in your head.
Your body’s not overreacting.
It’s responding to the pressure you keep suppressing.
