What a week! 🤍✨

I’ve spent the week at the Rise & Thrive Business Retreat with Alysha & Tara Alysha | Aesthetic & Beauty Business Growth Coach and Mindset coach | Tara Wiley | Shift your mind, change your life 🌍 surrounded by 22 incredible businesswomen, all coming together to learn, grow and push ourselves further!

From learning new strategies to build and grow our businesses, to understanding our own mindset, energy and the way we think which impacts our growth ✨🧿

I’ll admit, some of it was completely out of my comfort zone! But sometimes that’s exactly where you need to be to grow.

One of the BEST parts has been meeting such an amazing group of women and genuinely making friends with every single one of them. We’ve shared experiences, supported each other, laughed and made some lovely memories along the way.

Tattoo removal is definitely a process, but this is exactly why I love doing it 🙌🏼

My client isn’t looking for complete removal — the plan is to fade the tattoo enough to give their tattoo artist a much better base for a cover-up

Seeing that ink gradually break down and fade with each treatment is so satisfying!

Every tattoo responds differently, so I’ll always assess the tattoo first, look at the colours, depth and how the skin responds, then work safely and progressively rather than rushing the process

🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 Glasgow bound for an exciting day of training on the UK Laser & IPL Medical Devices Solaris Machine with the amazing Jen & Vicky! ✨

As a Health Visitor and Advanced Nurse Practitioner, they’re already making such a difference through their NHS careers — and now they’re adding an exciting new chapter to their journey. 💫

They absolutely smashed their Solaris training and are officially set up and ready for their very own laser adventure alongside their NHS roles! 🔥✨

I also got to catch up with four other members of the SkinEssence Aesthetics team who I trained last year. It was so lovely to see them again and, even better, to see how well they’re doing and the amazing treatments they’re providing. ❤️

September is PCOS Awareness Month 💛 A topic that comes up in my clinic more often than you might think.

One of the biggest things I hear is, “Why does it keep coming back?” With hormonal hair growth, there’s a reason.

And it isn’t “just a bit of hair.” For some women, managing it becomes part of their everyday routine.

I always set realistic expectations with my PCOS clients. We’re looking for reduction and management, not making unrealistic promises.
