The biggest mistake brands make with aluminium tins 👇🏻

Aluminium tins can look great. But they’re not the right choice for every supplement.

They’re often a good fit for:

✔️ Powder samples
✔️ Discovery or gift sets
✔️ Small-batch dry blends
✔️ Compact premium products

One of the most important steps before placing a large order is checking the packaging, not just the tin itself.

Not every formulation works with every aluminium tin, so always test the finished product, the liner, and the complete pack together.

If your powder is sensitive to moisture, it's also worth checking:

✔️ Seal performance
✔️ Moisture protection
✔️ Storage stability

The best packaging doesn't just look good. It protects your product from the day it's filled to the day your customer opens it.

Not sure whether an aluminium tin is the best fit for your product?

DM us TIN and we'll help you choose.

The quickest way to make your packaging feel more premium 👇🏻

You don't always need a new bottle. Sometimes, changing the atomiser is enough.

A gold atomiser can instantly change the look of amber and frosted glass bottles, helping your product feel more premium without changing the rest of your packaging.

It also comes with:

✔️ Universal DIN18 fit
✔️ A tube you can cut to suit different bottle sizes
✔️ An EPE liner to help create a secure seal
✔️ A fine spray for room scents, aromatherapy and thin liquids

Available for a range of 30ml to 100ml glass bottles.

Not sure which atomiser is right for your bottles?

DM us GOLD if you'd like help choosing the right atomiser for your bottles.

How to package green & collagen powders the right way:

Most supplement brands get stuck choosing between jars and pouches.

The good news 👉 You don't have to pick just one 👀

Pouches are popular for a reason. They’re lightweight, efficient to post, and work well for refill packs.

But that doesn’t always make them the best choice for your main retail product.

A jar can make more sense when you want:

✔️ More space
✔️ An easier pack to scoop
✔️ A premium first impression
✔️ A container customers can keep using

Many brands use jars for the first purchase, then offer refill pouches for repeat orders.

Whatever you choose, don’t rely on the container size alone.

Always test with your finished product, including the scoop, fill level and label, before placing a larger order.

Not sure which powder jar is right for your collagen or greens powder?

DM us GREEN and we’ll help you choose.

One mistake many supplement brands make:

Choosing a jar before thinking about the label.

For sea moss products, they need more label space than brands expect to show:

✔️ Sourcing details
✔️ Product information
✔️ Clear directions for use
✔️ A professional presentation

That’s why 200ml and 250ml vitamin jars are often a practical starting point for sea moss capsule products.

Not sure which jar is right for your product?

Underrated way to make packaging decisions:

Don’t start with the size. Start with how it feels.

A different lid, a different liner, or even switching from plastic to glass can completely change how a product is perceived before it’s even opened.

That’s why our jar range isn’t about volume, it’s about choice across:

☑️ Glass vs PET
☑️ Standard vs premium caps
☑️ Different finishes and liner types
☑️ Multiple sizes from 5ml to 500 ml

All available for next day delivery from our UK stock.

Packaging mistakes are avoidable by doing this one thing:

Ask the right questions.

Many brands assume packaging decisions are mostly about aesthetics. In reality, they’re often risk management decisions.

Good packaging choices rarely start with bottles, lids, or closures. They start with understanding:

✓ Your product
✓ Your customers
✓ How the product will actually be sued

That's why spending a little more time evaluating your options upfront is usually it.

Still not sure where to start with packaging?

DM us PACK and we’ll help you out.

Packaging component causing the most complaints:

It’s not the bottle.
It’s the lid.

When a closure fails, it can lead to:

❌ Leaks in transit
❌ Damaged labels
❌ Product loss
❌ Unhappy customers

All because of a component that costs pennies 😔

At Quality Bottles, we don’t treat lids as an afterthought.

Our DIN18 closure range is built around one simple rule:
It has to work.

✔️ EPE lined for a reliable seal
✔️ Compatible with dripper inserts
✔️ Designed to help control flow rates
✔️ Ready for same day dispatch

Because your customers shouldn’t notice the lid. They should notice your product.

DM us LIDS if you have further questions. We’ll be happy to help.
