With the summer solstice weekend here, we will focus on looking towards the summer, anchoring in our goals and dreams for the coming months whilst quietening your mind and letting go of the stresses of the week.

Mary and I are excited to announce we have two further dates for Hypno-Yoga 🧘‍♀️

The session is half gentle Yoga to help release stuck emotions from the hips, followed by Hypnotherapy to further assist you to release these emotions.

Having the old emotional energy stuck in your body can lead to illness, so this is a great way for your body to heal and release.

Suitable for people with no Yoga experience.

Venue is the lovely new Yoga studio at Hygieia and Co in Mansfield Woodhouse.

Been a little busy this week as my teenagers turned 16 and 18! I'm not sure where those years have gone!
I'm back to work now though to bring you my next exciting offering 🎊

Many people started drinking more alcohol in lockdown times as, let's face it, we couldn't do much else! But my clients are telling me it has become a habit that is difficult to break.

So I'm offering a way to help you with this via a group zoom Hypnotherapy session.
My clients have had great results after receiving this. They report that they still drink socially, on their owns terms. But they stop the habit of daily drinking at home.
