As a mum of 2 children and grandparents , I know firsthand how exhausting children's sleep struggles can be. The bedtime battles, the constant waking in the night, the broken sleep, and then somehow finding the energy to get up for work the next day. My children never slept well, so I understand the impact it can have on the whole family. That's one of the reasons I'm so passionate about helping children and parents improve sleep naturally.
