The bedtime battles, the constant waking in the night, the broken sleep, and then somehow finding the energy to get up for work the next day. My children never slept well, so I understand the impact it can have on the whole family. That's one of the reasons I'm so passionate about helping children and parents improve sleep naturally. This year I’m really giving myself time to reflect on what i truly want out of life.
To slow things down.
To breathe a little deeper.

Remember when days felt like they were actually 24 hours long? When life moved slower and moments weren’t rushed? I miss that feeling.

I’ve learned that spending time in our amazing world — whether it’s outdoors, in quiet, or simply being present — brings me peace, clarity, and a moment that’s just mine. And no, that isn’t selfish. It’s necessary.

Why shouldn’t I spend one single hour in an entire week just for myself? One hour to reset, reflect, and reconnect with who I am and where I’m going.

And if an hour feels impossible right now, that’s okay too. Take small moments each and every day. A few quiet minutes. A pause. A deep breath. Clear your mind. Find clarity where you can.

We’re not meant to be on all the time. Slowing down doesn’t mean falling behind — sometimes it’s exactly how we find our way forward. 💛
