A lot of people have already convinced themselves they’ve left it too late for summer.

But have they?

If you started today, where could you be in 4 weeks?

A bit lighter.

Feeling more comfortable in your clothes.

Feeling more in control instead of promising yourself you’ll start “soon”.

And if you kept going?

8 weeks.

12 weeks.

Things can look very different when you stop waiting and start doing.

That’s why I’ve put together a 4 Week Summer Reset.

Not because four weeks will solve everything.

But because four weeks is enough time to build momentum, see progress and prove to yourself that change is still possible.

You’ll have a clear plan, structure, accountability and support from me throughout.

No extremes.

No pressure.

Just a chance to focus on yourself and see what can happen when you commit to the next four weeks.

If you’ve been following my page for a while, thinking about losing weight, or wondering whether now is the right time, send me a message with the word SUMMER and let’s have a chat.

A Type 2 diabetes diagnosis can feel like a moment that changes everything.

For some people, it becomes the reason they finally decide to put themselves back on the list.

That’s what happened for Claire.

After being diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes, she made the decision to take control of her health.

With support, structure and consistency, she lost 2st 8.5lbs in 12 weeks and put her Type 2 diabetes into remission.

What stands out to me about stories like Claire’s isn’t just the weight loss.

It’s what can happen when someone stops waiting for the perfect time and starts focusing on the things they can control.

One step.
One decision.
One week at a time.

Because change doesn’t usually happen all at once.

It happens when small actions are repeated long enough to make a real difference.

If you’re living with Type 2 diabetes and wondering what your next step could look like, feel free to send me a message and let’s have a chat.

One of the biggest challenges with losing weight isn’t knowing what to do.

It’s trying to keep going when life gets busy.

Work picks up.
Plans change.
The weeks start moving a bit faster.

And before you know it, you’re back to putting yourself at the bottom of the list.

That’s why support matters.

Not because people need someone telling them what to do every day.

But because having someone there to guide you, keep you accountable and help you navigate the difficult weeks can make all the difference.

The plan is important.

But so is having someone in your corner when life isn’t going perfectly.

If you’ve been thinking about making a change this summer, send me a message and let’s have a chat about where you are now and where you’d like to be.

A diagnosis of Type 2 diabetes can feel like a line has been drawn in the sand.

But for many people, it doesn’t have to define what happens next.

One of the things that stood out to me from research supported by The 1:1 Diet was that almost a quarter of participants remained in remission five years later.

Not because they found a quick fix.

But because they had the right support, structure and approach in place to help them make meaningful changes over time.

That’s why I believe so strongly in keeping things simple.

A clear plan.
Ongoing support.
And something that works in the real world, not just on paper.

If you’ve recently been diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes, are currently living with it, or you’re concerned about where your health is heading, it may be worth exploring what options are available to you.

Feel free to send me a message if you’d like to have a chat.

30 days.

That’s not enough time to completely change your life.

But it is enough time to feel different from where you are today.

More in control.
More comfortable.
More confident that you’re finally moving in the right direction.

The people who get results over the summer aren’t usually the ones who wait for the perfect moment to start.

They’re the ones who decide that now is good enough.

So I’m looking for a small group of people who are ready to stop putting it off and start making progress.

Over the next 30 days you’ll have:

• A simple, structured plan
• Products that make the process easier
• One-to-one support from me
• Accountability when motivation starts to fade

No trying to figure it all out on your own.

Just a clear plan and support every step of the way.

If you’ve been thinking about losing weight and want to see where you could be 30 days from now, send me a message and let’s have a chat.

Barry’s story is a good example of what happens when things are kept simple and consistent.

Going from a 42 inch waist to a 32 didn’t come from anything extreme.

It came from having structure, support, and something he could actually stick to in real life.

That’s usually the part people underestimate.

Not the effort… but the consistency that builds when things are clear and you’re not trying to figure it out alone.

No gimmicks. No complicated rules. Just a straightforward approach that fit around normal life and was kept going long enough to make a real difference.

And that’s what changed things for him.

Summer’s on the way… are you actually starting this time?

This is usually the point where people move from
“I’ll get to it soon”
to realising time isn’t really standing still.

Holidays are already booked.
Plans in the diary.
And suddenly it doesn’t feel so far away anymore.

Not about rushing into anything. Just starting early enough for it to actually make a difference.

Because most people don’t struggle with knowing what they want.

They struggle with how long they leave it before they begin.

And that gap is usually what decides how things feel a few months from now.

If you want to lose weight in time for summer, the best thing you can do is start before it suddenly feels urgent.

That’s what this transformation shows really well.

Not a quick fix.
Not a last-minute panic.
Just enough time, structure and consistency for things to properly change.

That’s the part people often underestimate.

Most people already know what they “should” be doing.

What they usually need is:

* a clear plan
* something realistic to follow
* and support from someone who keeps them accountable when motivation dips

That’s exactly what I focus on with the 1:1 Diet.

A structured approach, products that make things simpler, and ongoing one-to-one support so you’re not trying to figure it all out alone.

And when people stick with the process long enough, the difference can be huge.

Not just physically.
But in confidence, energy and how they feel day to day too.

If summer is already in the back of your mind, now is probably the time to start the conversation.

A lot of people say they want to lose weight.

But the hard part isn’t wanting it.

It’s continuing to do the things that actually move you forward once the motivation wears off.

Checking in.
Following the plan.
Staying accountable.
Keeping some structure in place even when life gets busy.

Because avoiding weigh-ins doesn’t stop weight gain.
And disappearing for a few weeks rarely makes things feel easier when you come back.

That’s the part people often underestimate.

The people who get the best results usually aren’t the most motivated.

They’re the ones who keep showing up consistently, even when they’ve had a busy week, gone off track a bit, or don’t feel fully “in the zone”.

That’s why accountability matters so much.

Not to pressure people.
To stop small setbacks turning into complete restarts.

Simple? Yes.

Always easy? No.

But there’s a big difference between wanting things to change… and staying connected to the process long enough for them to.

Summer’s getting closer.

And this is usually the point where it shifts from:
“I’ll sort it soon…”

to:

“Right… I actually need to do something about it.”

Holidays are booked.
Plans are coming up.
And suddenly it’s not just an idea anymore.

I’ve been on both sides of that.

Turning up not feeling comfortable,
thinking about it more than I wanted to…and then later, experiencing the complete opposite.

That’s the difference people are really chasing.

But the mistake most make here…is leaving it too late.

Trying to wait until everything lines up perfectly.
Trying to feel fully ready.

When really, the difference is just starting early enough
that things have time to fall into place properly.

Not rushed.
Not all-or-nothing.

Just set up in a way that actually works.

That’s how I approach it with the 1:1 Diet —
so you’re not chasing time, you’re actually using it properly.
