Mayor Nicola Boase would like to warmly invite you to her Mayor's Community Picnic 🍓

Join us on Sunday 14th June from 2pm at the Boating Lake and Coronation Park to celebrate the King's Birthday weekend with your Helston community.

Bring a picnic or get something to eat on the day from The Boating Lake Cafe, and enjoy live music from Helston Town Band and accoustic duo the The Chilyz from 2 - 4pm.

A lovely afternoon out for all the family - we hope to see you there!

🦔🎉 We're excited to be attending Breage Festival on Saturday 20th June! 🎉🦔

If you're looking for a fun day out, Breage Festival has something for everyone, with lots of activities, entertainment, and attractions to enjoy throughout the day.

Come and visit our stall between 1pm and 5pm to learn more about hedgehogs, the challenges they face, and how you can help protect them. We'll also have a selection of items for sale, with all proceeds helping to support our hedgehog rescue and conservation work.

We'd love to see you there, so pop by for a chat and help us raise awareness for our prickly friends! 💚🦔

At Slimming World, we’re all about supporting a healthy lifestyle 🙌.

It’s not just about what’s on your plate – the little things you do each day can make a big difference to how you feel and how you lose weight.

Here are some simple habits my members are loving 👇.

✨ Improving sleep and creating a calmer bedtime routine
💧 Drinking more water throughout the day
🏃‍♀️ Gently introducing more movement and exercise
🍳 Making simple swaps to the way meals are cooked
🧠 Stopping ‘distraction eating’ and eating more mindfully

Before I am a Slimming World Consultant, I am a member. Over the last year, I have watched my weight slowly creep up which has felt so frustrating. So, I got myself back to group with . Best thing I could have done. 😊 we have had the most amazing welcome into group by all of the gorgeous members. We've stayed to group to soak up all of the ideas and inspiration 🤩
Today I am super chuffed as I got Slimmer of the week (first time in a really long time). Plus, I'm now on the cusp of being back in target 😊
It really is amazing once you make a few small changes how much better you can feel!
