Delighted to welcome Jeremy, Ezra and Amara, who’ll be joining us for the next six weeks from Southampton University. 🎓

Over the coming weeks they’ll be gaining hands-on experience alongside our clinicians, developing their skills and learning what it takes to support patients through recovery, rehabilitation and performance.

If you see them around, please stop and say hi and help us make them feel welcome as they continue their physiotherapy education and take another step towards becoming the next generation of our profession. 💪

May is your invitation to slow down. 🌿

The lighter evenings arrive, nature begins to soften and bloom again… yet many people are still carrying exhaustion, tension, overwhelm, and nervous system fatigue without even realising it.

At YoKi Life, the YoKi Energy Alignment Ritual was created for exactly this.

This is more than relaxation.

It’s a deeply restorative experience designed to help guide the body out of stress and back into calm through a blend of:
✨ Gentle yoga therapy
✨ Reiki healing
✨ Grounding meditation
✨ Nervous system support
✨ Intentional touch & energetic restoration

Perfect for anyone feeling:
– emotionally drained
– mentally overwhelmed
– disconnected from themselves
– exhausted from constantly “pushing through”

Clients often leave feeling lighter, calmer, clearer, softer, and more like themselves again.

May is the perfect time to reconnect before burnout becomes your normal.

You do not need to earn rest.
You simply need space to receive it.

Such a team effort yesterday to get us all over the line together 🫶🤍💚, tears of laughter (mostly) but such a great day.

Last year we decided we wanted to do more for charity so most importantly we’ve raised over 2k with some cash donations to add and money still coming in .. thank you all

We’re so incredibly grateful to every single person who donated, shared our posts, encouraged us, or supported us along the way. Your generosity will help Macmillan continue supporting people and families through some of the hardest times imaginable 💚

Rrutu is currently completing a Master’s research project through University College London exploring people’s experiences of attending group Pilates for ongoing lower back pain.

The study aims to contribute to a wider understanding of how Pilates may support those living with persistent low back pain, helping to inform future clinical practice and shape understanding within this area of healthcare.

We are currently looking for participants who:
▫️ Attend Pilates classes at March Physiotherapy Clinic
▫️ Have experienced lower back pain for more than 3 months
▫️ Have attended Pilates for 6 months or longer
▫️ Are aged 18+

Participation involves taking part in a small focus group discussion at the clinic.

This study has received ethical approval through University College London and participation is entirely voluntary. Choosing not to participate will not affect your care at the clinic in any way. Please do share this with anyone you feel may be suitable or interested.

If you feel you may be suitable, or would like further information, please contact Rrutu directly:

We’ve never seen a month like this 🫶🫶

Runners everywhere 🏃🏻🏃🏼‍♀️Manchester last weekend, London this weekend and our clinic has been so full of you.
Early mornings, tired legs, last-minute niggles, big goals.

it’s been pretty special to be part of it.

And what we love most is that everyone’s reason is different.
Running for someone.
Running for themselves.
For a cause, for a comeback, for the first time, for a PB… or just to see what their body can do.

Whatever your reason don’t forget it when it matters.

To everyone lining up you’ve already done the hard bit.
Now go enjoy it.

You’ve got this 🤍 we are all rooting for you ✨ 🌟

Two lovely stories from two of our patients who successfully completed their events last weekend 👇

Jill kindly shared her success story after the Devizes Half Marathon.
She ran a brilliant 2:12 following a gait assessment and plan with Amy, our specialist running physio.

She had a few hiccups along the way (including illness and even food poisoning), but still got to the start line and absolutely smashed it 🙌
Alongside this, she’s been consistent with our strength and Pilates classes too—which always helps support the bigger picture.

Hannah came to us with knee pain ahead of HYROX.
Working with Rrutu and the right rehab and guidance, she got to race day feeling strong

Two very different goals but happy to get both ladies to the start line of their event, both worked incredibly hard to get there and that makes it so gratifying to see their hard work pay off 👏

So grateful to see so many of you come through the doors for our Macmillan Coffee Morning this morning 💚

Humbled that you took the time out of your day to pop in for a chat, bake, donate, and buy raffle tickets.

From homemade cakes (which were amazing 🤩 👏), it was lovely to have a proper catch up with some faces old and new.

Proud to say we’ve raised £327 from the coffee morning alone, bringing our total to £1334 for Macmillan Cancer Support 🎉

Same time next year? ☕💚

We need your help 💚

Alex, Alice, Amy, Nicole & Rrutu are taking on the Great Mighty Hike – 26.2 miles to raise money for Macmillan.

Almost 3.5 million people in the UK are living with cancer right now — and that number continues to rise. So many of our own loved ones, patients and friends have needed support during a cancer diagnosis, so the charity does mean something to us all.

If you’re able to donate — even a small amount — the link is in our bio or drop a 💚 below to support Team March Physio.
