After many requests, I’m pleased to say that we are now offering you an online version of the Women’s Circle training.

Join me over 2 weekends online for in person circles, teaching sessions, group work & small study pods – plus a 121 mentorship session with me at the close of the course to support you in developing your unique circle offering.

The catharsis of taking off the mask 💫

What I’ve really come to really love about circle is the softening and unravelling of the roles, commitments and titles we may hold in the everyday of our lives…

So that we can just be who we are…

In our simplicity…
In our truthfulness…
In our highest insights and joys…
And those dark nights of the soul that few people see…

in an environment that’s set up to support everyone’s voice being heard equally….

Alongside practices designed to tend to nervous system regulation…

Because true community forms when uniqueness and diversity are recognised and celebrated….

What is Collective Effervescence?
💫

It’s the vibrant energy that flows through us and our community, when we have a sense of being part of a shared purpose with others…

While the research originally was focused on religious groups & ritual….

In our modern times, we may think of it like the elated feeling of being part of something as you dance with others…to sync with others in creative collaboration….and for me and for many other women - it’s what comes through from the feeling of being in Circle.

And these shared experiences, that have their origins in our tribal roots, can bring a whole range of emotions which can empower and touch us in deep ways.

And so in our more secular and individualistic societies, we may feel a sense of discontent or like something is lacking…if we’re not feeling the energy & harmony of a shared purpose…

because essentially we’re tribal creatures and we’re programmed to be topped up by it.

So a well held Circle with ritual, can inspire us to feel part of something much bigger….where we feel our individual self connect with the flow of the group….

With Summer Solstice approaching…

I’m so looking forward to opening my space of the garden for The Circle🌸

Over the last 5 or so years I have held a Solstice inspired ceremony in my garden…it’s the perfect time to soak up the abundant energy in nature and connect with each other women…and we celebrate and take the energy up! 🌞

This Circle is our monthly in person circle which offers a chance to make new friends, share your experience, and be offered space and tools for self discovery and growth, in a nourishing and welcoming environment.

The Circles I host offer a chance to return to our roots with an ancient tradition in modern times. A chance to connect with our community...and ourselves in the process.

I hold circle in many spaces – yet there’s always something really special about holding it at home…
