Something that’s so valuable about Circle is that it can help us to heal & soften our relationships with other women…

The healing of the sister wounds we may have accumulated in childhood or in our adult lives…

Women sometimes come to Circle and share that they feel apprehensive to be there after previous experience…yet they know the Circle will be beneficial for them…

So it’s important that the Circle container is set up with depth and equality by the facilitator….when this is the case, we bring about an environment where compassionate communication flows easily…

Where respect, kindness and listening are the gift we offer each other…

And this has the capacity to positively ripple out into many other areas of life…

And while the Circle approach is one of no expectation for outcomes…sometimes this healing and camaraderie is a natural aspect of gathering together in this way 🤍

💫Do I have to share? I get nervous speaking in groups

💫What do you actually do in a women’s circle?

💫Sometimes women compete for air time in groups & that’s not really my vibe – is that how a women’s circle is?

💫Do I need to wear floaty, bohemian clothes?

💫Do I have to sit on the floor – it’s uncomfortable for me?

💫I am trans/non binary…am I welcome to a women’s circle?

Here are some of the most common questions I’m asked about attending a women’s circle…scroll through for the answers…

As the transition to autumn draws in, what does it bring for you?

This is your warm invitation to share a mug of cacao & hear the stories of others, sharing if you choose to, in the Women’s Circles I’ll be holding in September....

There are 3 ways to gather...

- 16th Sept - Online (She Collective Membership)
- 19th Sept - London -
- 27th Sept - Margate (monthly circle) Margate Yoga Studio

Circles offers a chance to reclaim sisterhood, find camaraderie with others & broaden perspectives. My approach to creating the circle container is infused with positive values & guidelines, so that all voices are heard equally. This is where you can step back from the ‘shoulds’ & share whatever bubbles up...

Circle is also an invitation to connect with the cycles within us and around us. This circle is held around Autumn Equinox with its potent themes around the balance of the light & dark. As the length of day/night is almost equal, it offers a chance to reflect on what brings alignment, and to embrace our not so pretty shadow aspects.

Autumn Equinox is also a meaningful time of year to honour the harvest. Whether that be a “real” harvest of the things planted in your garden, or the harvest of efforts/ intentions that you set earlier in the year.

You can expect:
💫Sharing Circles
💫Cacao Ceremony
💫Breathwork
💫Shadow Work for Self Enquiry
💫Yoga Nidra (guided relaxation)

The circle is an ancient practice, handed down through the generations in cultures all over the world. It lives within us. So whether you are new to circle or attend regularly, if you’re feeling the call…you’re welcome 💫
