13 years ago, I trained as a breastfeeding supporter with one simple hope — to help mothers feel supported, informed and confident in feeding their babies.

Today, I’m a lactation consultant and a midwife, supporting families through some of the most transformative moments of their lives.

It hasn’t always been easy, but this journey reminds me that dreams really do grow slowly, quietly, and steadily over time.

To every parent navigating feeding, newborn life and matrescence — you are not alone.

And to anyone sitting on a dream that feels far away right now: keep going. Dreams come true.

I haven’t been as active on here lately… but there’s a reason for that 🤍

My work has been quietly expanding in a way that feels really aligned — moving beyond just breastfeeding support into supporting mothers through the full transition into motherhood, known as Matrescence.

Because feeding is never just feeding. It sits within everything else a mother is carrying — identity shifts, emotions, expectations, relationships, and becoming someone new while still being you.

Alongside this, I also continue to work as a clinical midwife, which keeps me closely connected to the realities of how varied every mother and baby journey can be.

Breastfeeding support is still a core part of what I do, and I’m still here for you if you need reassurance, guidance, or someone to talk things through with. You’re always welcome to message me or book in.

Very soon, I’ll also be offering a mother & baby group with free breastfeeding support — a gentle space to connect, ask questions, and feel held in those early weeks and months.

I’ll share more details soon, but for now, I just want to say thank you for being here.

Most people assume once you qualify, that’s it… but that’s not the case for IBCLC lactation consultants.

We revalidate every 5 years—completing ongoing education, keeping up with research, and continually developing our practice so the support you receive is current and evidence-based.

I’ve recently attended a 2-day conference on the microbiome and infant feeding (and I have more learning planned over the coming months), because this work matters to me.

Breastfeeding support isn’t static.
And neither am I.

If you’re looking for support you can trust, I’m here .

Save this for when you need support later, and feel free to share with another mum who might need it too.

I have been supporting a mum navigating mastitis

When we first spoke, she was in pain, her breast was inflamed, and feeding felt overwhelming.

With the right support, things have started to shift:

Redness and swelling reducing
Pain improving
Feeding becoming more manageable
Mum feeling more confident

We focused on:

– Gentle, effective milk removal
– Improving latch (even when it’s tricky)
– Rest, antibiotics, and realistic expectations
– Understanding baby’s oral anatomy and positioning

I’ve also created a mastitis support sheet to guide families through this—because knowing what’s happening and what helps makes such a difference.

If you’re struggling, you’re not alone—and it can get better with the right support.

Message me for my mastitis guide or to book 1:1 support (home visits & phone support available).

Did you know I offer phone support?

You don’t always need a home visit to feel supported. Sometimes you just need someone to talk things through with, in the moment.

Whether it’s latch worries, feeding patterns, pain, or just needing reassurance — I’m here.

Real-time support.
No pressure.
Just guidance when you need it most.

Send me a message to book or find out more.

If you’ve been thinking about coming but feeling unsure… you’re not the only one.

These things can feel a bit daunting, especially if you don’t know anyone yet.

But this is exactly why I’ve created it—to be a space that feels easy, relaxed and welcoming.

You can come for as little or as long as you like.

I’ll be there to say hello, so you won’t be on your own.
