F A S C I A I S A W E S O M E

Look at the change in my clients posture from picture 1 to picture 2, before and after some fascia work.

I am half way through my FAMO training with the amazing and I am in awe at how working with fascia can benefit me and my clients, from changes in posture, ease of movement, mental well being and soooo much more.

Spent some time with my great niece and nephew with the fascia release balls. We started with a little breath work to calm their para-sympathetic nervous systems and did some gentle movement on the balls.

It was magical to see how their minds and bodies started to calm, slow down and relax.

Studies show that releasing fascia in children has a calming affect on the nervous system. It can also help with sensory processing difficulties, ADHD, and anxiety by helping the child’s body leave a “fight-or-flight”.
