You will support our residents with their daily routines, personal care, wellbeing and activities, helping them to live comfortably, safely and with dignity whilst building meaningful relationships and making a genuine difference every day.

🕗 12-hour shifts (8:00am – 8:00pm)

Plan and deliver a varied activities programme tailored to individual needs and preferences
Support with personal care where required, maintaining dignity and respect at all times
Transport service users safely to and from the centre

Skills & Qualities We’re Looking For:

We’re looking for a Day Carer to join our established and supportive team, providing high-quality care to vulnerable adults, including individuals living with dementia.

✨ About the role:
You will support residents to live safely, comfortably, and with dignity, delivering truly person-led care in line with individual care plans.

You’ll work closely alongside Senior Carers, the Registered Manager, and the wider care team, playing a vital role in maintaining a service that is safe, caring, effective, and well-led.

Your role will include supporting with personal care, mobility, nutrition, hydration, emotional wellbeing, and accurately recording and reporting any changes.

🕒 Shift Pattern (2 Week Rolling Rota):
Week 1 – Monday, Tuesday, Saturday & Sunday
Week 2 – Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
⏰ 12-hour shifts

This consistent rota supports both staff wellbeing and continuity of care for our residents.
