🌿 In Memory of Edna 🌿

I’ve been quietly working on an idea that’s very close to my heart, and I feel ready to finally share it.

The world has become so disconnected, and so many elderly people are living in loneliness — some without family nearby, some without regular conversation, and some simply without community around them anymore.

I want to try, in whatever small way I can, to help change that.

“In Memory of Edna” is the beginning of a companionship initiative focused on bringing connection, kindness, and community back to our elders — regardless of bloodline.

Right now I’m looking for a small number of kind-hearted volunteers who would be interested in offering:
🤍 Friendly phone or video calls
🤍 Conversation and companionship
🤍 Consistency, warmth, and human connection

This will be approached slowly, carefully, and safely, with safeguarding and boundaries being a priority from the very beginning.

At this stage I’m simply looking to connect with genuine people who feel drawn to something like this and may want to be part of building it with me.
