🌟 The Northamptonshire Community Wellbeing Project 2026 🌟

How Are We Really Doing?

As a hypnotherapist and workplace wellbeing specialist, I spend a lot of time listening to people talk about stress, anxiety, confidence, sleep difficulties, and the challenges of everyday life.

It got me thinking…

What is wellbeing really like across Northamptonshire right now?

That’s why I’ve launched the Northamptonshire Community Wellbeing Project 2026.

This isn’t about selling anything. It’s about listening.

I want to better understand the challenges, pressures, and priorities facing people in our local community and create a snapshot of wellbeing across Northamptonshire.

The survey is:

✅ Open to anyone aged 18+ living or working in Northamptonshire

🐺 Wolf Run completed! 🐺

What a day! Mud, obstacles, water, aching muscles and plenty of moments where I questioned my life choices! 😆

But it was also a great reminder that growth happens when we step outside our comfort zone. So often, the things we worry about or fear are much harder in our minds than they are in reality.

Whether it’s tackling a Wolf Run, making a big life change, or overcoming anxiety, confidence comes from taking one step at a time and proving to yourself that you can do hard things.

I’m still finding mud in places I didn’t know mud could reach, but it was absolutely worth it! 💪

🎈 Sometimes adventure doesn’t have to mean going far away. 🐶

If a trip to the seaside, another country, or somewhere exotic isn’t possible right now, there’s still so much to discover closer to home.

A new walking route, a quiet café, a local park, or simply taking time to explore somewhere different in your own town can help reset the mind and bring a sense of calm and perspective.

Small moments of joy, fresh surroundings, and time away from daily pressures can do wonders for emotional wellbeing. 💭

Wherever you are, give yourself permission to pause, explore, and enjoy the little adventures. ✨
