In Memory of Chris

As many of you are aware, CT Care has had the privilege of supporting Chris in our community for over 13 years.

Over the last months of Chris’s life, our care team supported him throughout his appointments and ensured that we continued to advocate for him and seek the very best for his care and wellbeing.

Sadly, Chris has now passed away. He was a truly wonderful character, and he will be greatly missed by everyone who had the pleasure of knowing and supporting him.

We are aware that many people in the community have been asking about Chris’s funeral arrangements. We want to reassure everyone that CT Care is supporting and working alongside those involved to help ensure arrangements are made as per Chris's wishes.

We kindly ask everyone to be patient and understanding, as given the circumstances, the arrangements may take a little longer than usual.

As soon as the funeral date, time and other details have been finalised, we will share the information with the community so that those who wish to pay their respects have the opportunity to do so.

Thank you all for your understanding, kindness and support during this difficult time.

Employee of the Month – July
Congratulations, Carly!

We are delighted to announce Carly as our Employee of the Month for July!

Carly consistently goes above and beyond in her role, and this is reflected in the wonderful compliments and positive feedback she receives from our service users and their families. The more service users Carly meets, the more positive feedback we receive about the excellent care and support she provides.

Carly is a fantastic communicator who responds quickly to updates and emails and keeps the office fully informed with clear, detailed information. Her communication helps ensure that the office has everything it needs to provide the best possible support to our service users and care team.

She consistently provides an excellent quality of care and takes the time to complete detailed, meaningful care notes, giving families valuable insight into how their loved ones are doing. This extra attention and commitment are greatly appreciated.

Carly is also extremely reliable and dependable. She has consistently demonstrated a fantastic commitment to her work and is always someone the team can rely on. She is a true model carer who maintains a consistently high standard of care.

A great example of Carly's flexibility and willingness to go the extra mile was when she recently picked up work in Market Harborough, an area that was unfamiliar to her, supporting service users she had never met before. Despite this, Carly embraced the opportunity, built excellent relationships with the individuals she supported, and received fantastic feedback from them.

Carly, your dedication, reliability, communication and commitment to providing exceptional care do not go unnoticed. You are a credit to the care team, and we are incredibly proud to have you as part of our team.

Employee of the Month

Oh my would you look at the time we are already into August and haven't said who the Employee of the month was for June, well let me congratulate Kehinde for the month of June.

Since joining CTcare, Kenny has come on leaps and bounds, showing incredible dedication to both our company and the people we support. Her commitment to providing the highest quality care is clear to see, and she continues to grow in confidence and develop her skills with every passing day.

Kenny is always willing to go the extra mile, regularly stepping in to help the team and picking up additional work without hesitation. Her reliability, positive attitude, and willingness to support others make her an invaluable member of the CTcare family. We would genuinely struggle without her.

Kenny has become a real asset, not only to our Northampton team but also to our colleagues and clients across Leicestershire. Her compassion, professionalism, and determination to provide outstanding care have made a lasting impression, and we know she will continue to thrive and make a positive difference in our communities.

💙☕ THANK YOU, MARKET HARBOROUGH! ☕💙

On the 27th May, CT Care proudly hosted our Time for a Cuppa fundraiser at Market Harborough Market in support of Dementia UK and what an incredible day it was!

Our original goal was to raise £300, which amazingly was surpassed before the event had even started thanks to sponsored walks completed by our wonderful care staff and generous community donations 💙

Thanks to everyone involved, the fundraising continued throughout the day with:

✂️ A brave staff member having their hair shaved off
💙 Charitable donations from the local community

Employee of the Month

We are proud to recognise Oluwabusola (Busola) as our Employee of the Month!

Busola’s caring nature, dedication, and positive attitude shine through in everything she does. Week after week, we receive lovely calls from service users wanting to share their appreciation for the support and kindness she provides, which speaks volumes about the impact she has in the community.

She leads by example and sets a wonderful standard within the team through her professionalism, compassion, and willingness to always give her best. No matter how busy the day may be, Busola approaches her work with a smile and brings warmth and reassurance to both clients and colleagues alike.

Busola is truly a pleasure to work with, and we wanted to take this opportunity to recognise and thank her for the incredible work she continues to do for the company and our service users.

Join us at Market Harborough Market tomorrow from 9am–12pm for our Time for a Cuppa fundraiser in support of Dementia UK

Hosted by CT Care (Sharon Bindley: Registered Manager), we’ll be raising money to support families affected by dementia and we’d love to see as many people there as possible!

A huge congratulations to Amiee, our Employee of the Month!

Amiee is one of our longest-standing carers, having been with us for over 11 years. Her dedication to both the company and our clients has been truly outstanding throughout that time.

As our company continues to grow, Amiee continues to receive more and more compliments each year a real reflection of the care, compassion, and professionalism she brings to her role every single day.

She is a true pillar of both our team and the community, always stepping in to help, picking up extra shifts, and supporting her colleagues whenever needed. Most importantly, Amiee brings so much happiness to the lives of our clients, which is at the heart of everything we do at CTcare.

We would like to say a big thank you to all of our staff for their hard work, kindness, and professionalism over the past few weeks and the years of care before that. Your dedication and support to both the people we care for and their families never goes unnoticed, and we are very proud of the team we have.

We would also like to say a sincere thank you to the family for the lovely card and cupcakes – it was a very kind and thoughtful gesture and meant a lot to the team.

We are thinking of the family at this time and send them our best wishes.

Employee of the Month – Kim

A big congratulations to Kim, our Employee of the Month!

Kim has really gone above and beyond this month, picking up extra overtime to help support the company during a time of high staff sickness. Her dedication, reliability, and willingness to help out have made a huge difference to both the team and the people we support.

She has received many compliments from service users and continues to be a kind, hardworking, and all-round fantastic carer. We are very grateful to have Kim as part of our team.
