Being a member of the British Acupuncture Council requires over 3500 hours of training to degree level 🧑‍🎓

🚩 Whilst we are approaching healthcare holistically by practicing Chinese medicine, we are trained to recognise red flags of conventional disease, making referrals where necessary. It is paramount that anything that requires the input of another health professional is not overlooked.

💊 We also understand the mechanisms of common medications. So when we ask what drugs you are taking, we are getting an idea of what they signal diagnostically, how they interact with the body and each other, allowing us to treat safely, responsibly, and effectively.

Towards the end of the year, there is naturally talk in clinic of Christmas plans and joys as well as worries and responsibilities.

It’s almost a year since I began practising from Manor Walk and I’m over the moon with where it’s taken me. Thank you to everyone who has trusted me with their health- I’m always looking forward to catching up with where life has taken you since our last appointment.

Heading into 2026 I’ve taken the leap to increase my clinic days 🙌🏻
You can now book appointments Tues-Friday (including evening appts on Thursdays) from January.
No change to ad hoc treatment price, but a 5 x treatment bundle will now be £225 from January.

Pre Christmas top up I 30 mins of what you need | £25

If you’re rushing into town on 23rd Dec for last minute Christmas jobs, why not pop in for half an hour to fill your cup before the big day?

At the deepest part of the Winter, most of us are asking of ourselves what we would never ask of nature- to avoid pausing, hibernating, conserving and reflecting. Those spring bulbs are currently waiting, building potential, under a winter blanket in the ground, so that when the time comes they have everything they need to meet spring with vigour and vitality.

Do you need to do this for yourself?

This time of year brings joy but also a lot of challenges for many.
If you need a boost to help get through the festive period, I’ll be here to offer support with stress and fatigue, immunity, emotional upheaval (those family gatherings!), sadness, grief or simply adjusting to the season as we get past the winter solstice.
