Warrior Lake Race Part 2 lands Sunday 13th September at Crystal Lake, and this time it’s your turn.

🌿 NEED A DAY FOR YOU?

Friday 11th September we’re hosting our 4 Elements Retreat Day at Crystal Lake View Therapies in Lincolnshire.

A beautiful 10am-4pm day combining yoga, paddlesports on our lake, time to relax, a delicious lunch and a peaceful closing sound bath.

It’s a chance to step away from the usual busy week and spend a day surrounded by nature, water and beautiful countryside.
