Summer term underway, can you join?

Coming up this Wednesday a chance for you to deeply unwind with some guided meditation accompanied by the soothing sound of gentle drum and tibetian singing bowls.

In this session we will start with a gentle breathing excersise and brief somatic stretches to signal the body to release, then lay down completely surrendered and follow a guided relaxation into a guided meditation with Sound Journey to bring to back into grounded alignment.
