✨ Soundbaths at Selkie ✨

Firstly… WHAT A WEEKEND 🥹 I’ve just spent the last few days immersed in sound training and I’m still finding words for it!

If I’m honest, I was genuinely worried I wouldn’t even be able to get a sound out of the bowls 🤣 so the fact I was able to hold and deliver a full sound journey by the end still feels a bit surreal.

A huge thank you to the incredible teachers and the beautiful humans I shared the experience with ❣️

And now… i get to bring sound to the Selkie space!

If you’ve been curious about sound baths but not quite sure what they actually involve, I’ll be offering a few introductory sessions so you can come and experience it for yourself in a really gentle way.

I’ll soon be opening a small number of sound journeys for July. To begin with, these will be weekday evenings, with more themed weekend journeys coming soon.

Think intimate groups, soft lighting, cosy blankets, eye masks, herbal tea, and space to fully rest, receive, and reconnect.
