🌞3 nights camping and feeling really proud 🌞
This week wasn’t about “missing out it was about finding balance and taking back control in a way that felt good, not guilty.
I enjoyed the sunshine, the drinks, the food… all the things that make a little getaway special. And instead of coming home feeling like I had to “pull my week back”, I made choices that supported me and let me enjoy every moment.
A bit of activity where I could, a bit of mindfulness around my meals, and a whole lot of kindness to myself.
✨ Result: –1.5lb

✨ And that you don’t have to choose between living your life and reaching your goals
