Scrolling through our AMAZING new Slimming World Magazine, a familiar face jumped out at me ….. it’s was only our very-own Jo who had trialled the 7 day menu plan in their and LOST 3lbs!!❤️❤️

All Slimming World Consultants are members ourselves and understand the highs & lows that this healthy journey can bring and how group support makes such a difference …. myself and Jo are no exception & love the plan so much🥰🥰🥰 (whilst never being too ‘long on the tooth’ to try new things😉😉!!)

What a brilliant announcement on National Friendship Day!
Our fabulous friends in our groups around the country, came together to have a massive clothing clear-out back in May … and raised a WHOPPING £2.7 million for Cancer Research UK!!

Apparently this is the latest trend... so I asked ChatGPT to describe me in pictures! 🤖

The challenge is simple... if you were a colour, a feeling, a song, the weather, a season, a scent, a flower, a food and a drink... what would you be?

This is what ChatGPT came up with for me... and I have to say, I love them all! 🥹

It chose things that represent hope, encouragement, resilience and helping people find their happy place again, no matter how many times they need to start afresh..... and if that's how people feel when they walk into my Slimming World group, then I'd say it's done a pretty good job ❤️
