Step into Monday feeling refreshed, balanced and ready to embrace whatever comes your way.

Event details:

Stanton under Bardon village hall
Doors will open at 6:45 PM for a 7:00 PM start.
Cost - £15.00 per person
60 minute sound bath followed by cake & tea

During the session, you will be invited to lie down comfortably, allowing your body to fully relax as you immerse yourself in the healing energies and sounds. No prior experience is needed - simply rest, receive, and unwind.

Please bring a yoga mat, blanket and pillow, and wear warm, comfortable clothing. Please also bring a travel mug if you would like a hot drink at the end. Yoga mats can be provided if needed - just let me know in advance.

As summer gently gives way to autumn, take an evening just for you. Join us for a calming candlelit sound bath designed to help you relax, reset, and embrace the slower pace of the new season.

✨ Your evening includes:
🌿 A grounding guided meditation
🕯️ A deeply relaxing 60-minute candlelit sound bath
☕ A refreshing drink & delicious slice of cake from the seasonal menu

🕰️ 6:30pm – 8:30pm
📍 The Wild Lotus Coffee House
💫 £25 per person

Expect a cosy, welcoming atmosphere with soft lighting, calming aromas, peaceful sounds, and a moment of stillness on a warm summer evening.

Seasonal menu options include a range of coffees, refreshing herbal teas, summer cakes, and sweet treats, with vegan and gluten-free options available.

What to bring:
🧦 Cosy socks or anything that helps you feel comfortable
🧣 Light, comfy layers
🧘 Yoga mat, blanket & pillow
💧 Water bottle

A small number of mats are available to borrow — please message in advance if you’d like one reserved.

Spaces are limited to maximise your experience, there will be chairs and loungers available if you prefer to sit rather than lie down on the mats. Our coffee house also has wheelchair access with parking just around the corner. This evening is welcome to everybody, no experience of sound bathing necessary.

Solstice Blessings!

Celebrate the longest day, the sunshine, the energy. Let the light into your home, bring out your brightest colours of orange, red and yellow. Decorate yourself, your house, your altar with flowers and grasses. It's a good day to gather herbs from wayside or garden and hang them to dry, saving them for wild tea or potions or flavouring your food.

Spend time with the land, barefoot if you can, feeling the warmth of the sun soaked earth beneath you.

Light a fire, light a candle.

Maybe you were up to watch the sunrise, maybe you will be out to watch it sink its fiery glow beneath the horizon.

Share your gratitude, your hopes, your intentions while your energy and the energy of the sun are at their peak. Quietly acknowledge that with the peak comes a slow transition to the next part of the year's journey and make the most of the magic and mystery of high summer!

Halfway through the year ☀️

What if the goal isn't to do more in the next six months...

What if it's to become more present for the life that's already here?

Over the last few weeks, I've intentionally slowed everything down. I've spent more time listening than chasing. More time being than doing. And the difference has been profound.

It's amazing how much clarity appears when you stop filling every moment with noise.

It's incredible how much lighter life feels when you're no longer rushing through it.

June has been a reminder that sometimes the most powerful thing you can do is simply pause.

✨ As we head into the second half of the year, what's one thing you're choosing to do less of—and one thing you're choosing to do more of? Id love to know 😄❤️

Join me for a calming Deep Sleep Sound Bath designed to help you fully unwind, release stress, and drift into a state of deep rest. Let the soothing sounds of crystal bowls and gentle vibrations quiet your mind and restore your energy.

🌙 This is an intimate, small group session with only 9 spaces available, creating a peaceful, personal atmosphere where you can truly relax and switch off without distraction.

🕯️Candlelit Sound Bath🕯️

My regular monthly class in Stanton under Bardon, the last Sunday of every month.

This evening is designed to help you feel rested and nurtured as you are held in sacred sound. A perfect way to start the new week.

Make time and space for yourself, and journey within 🙏💕

Let me guide you through an evening filled with practices to help gain a new perspective on stressful situations, reduce negative emotions and increase calm and contentment in life.

We always finish the evening with hot drinks, homemade treats and a chance to relax before you float away home 🧘‍♀️🎶
