Calling all mums with babies (pre crawlers) - come and experience a class that pours back into you too 🤍

FIRST SESSION THIS MONTH ON 26 JUNE

We’re so excited to be bringing Nurture Harmonics to Marshalswick - a gentle, nurturing space for mums and babies to slow down, breathe, connect and reset together 🤍

Each month you will enjoy a Soundbath alongside different mindful activities including baby massage, mindful crafts, meditation, breathwork and much more - all rounded off with a cuppa and chats with other Mums.

No pressure
No expectations
No “perfect parent” energy

Just a warm, welcoming hour to exhale alongside your baby and feel supported 🫶🏼

Whether you’re running on empty, craving connection, or simply want something softer than a typical baby class… this space is for you.

A round up in pics 🤍and I can’t spell prawn 🦐 (nor can I be arsed to fix it 😂)

It’s been a gorgeous month full of beautiful moments, burnt crackers, a new gold rhino, a boat trip, some me time, lovely clients both 1-2-1 and community sessions - sunshine, peanut butter and imagining what the daisies would look like as a fairy 🧚 All wrapped up with GCSEs in the house, a very hot Mr Sox and new fans 🪭 plus the many moments not caught, spent with beautiful souls - thank you May 🌱 ###

Here is a run down of what’s coming up before I take a pause this summer.

June sees my last regular monthly session at both Redbourn Parish Centre and until I return in September. There may be an August special in Redbourn…just working it all out so watch this space! Booking as usual via: bookwhen.com/haelan (link in bio)

June also sees my first Sunday morning session in Caddington at the gorgeous Millfield Green - this is a full length monthly Sunday morning Soundbath with a starter of gentle stretching before we settle into the sound. If you are already a resident or member, please contact wellbeing on site to book, but for members on the wider community, booking is via my usual page: bookwhen.com/haelan (link in bio).

We are also welcoming back our Mum & Baby sessions, Nurture Harmonics. Classes will be held monthly on a Friday in Marshalswick Community Centre and are for mums and their little ones - pre crawlers. This session is as much about the mums as it is the babies, with a real emphasis on mindful practices and activities alongside a soundbath and tea/coffee and chats. This is run in collaboration with the lovely Mandy of and booking for this is via at bookwhen.com/indigomoon

Finally, I am getting really excited about our next overnight Puja at in St Albans. It was nothing short of magical in January, so I am excited about coming together again in July to share another beautiful evening held in sound.

Something new is coming this summer to Caddington 🤍

Sunday Stretch & Sound is a gentle monthly wellbeing session designed to help you slow down, soften tension, and prepare the body for deep rest.

Each session will begin with 10–15 minutes of mindful movement and stretching to ease stiffness, increase mobility and awaken the body, before settling into a deeply relaxing soundbath.

This is not a fitness class - it’s a space to breathe, unwind, reset, and simply be.

Located in the lovely wellness studio at Millfield Green, this class is open to members of the community as well as wellness members and residents.

🅿️ There is free parking on site and a lovely cafe too if you fancy a cuppa and catch up friends afterwards.

🤍 Suitable for all abilities
🤍 Standing & chair supported options available
🤍 No experience needed

I wanted to share what’s coming up before I pause for the summer…☀️…so if you have been meaning to come along, please head to my booking page and secure your place for my May and June events so you don’t miss out.

There may be ad hoc collaborative events that pop up which I will share with you but in terms of my regular monthly sessions, these will start back up in September.

As always, you can expect a warm welcoming space where you can lie down, give yourself permission to switch off and let your system soften for a while. No gimmicks and no BS - and that’s a promise 🫶🏼

In addition to my Redbourn and St Albans sessions, please also note I am playing at The Yoga Hall in St Albans on Sunday 24 May - and to book this, please head to and book direct 🤍 I am delighted to have been invited back and am very much looking forward to it. This session is also just a couple of weeks before our next overnight Puja at The Yoga Hall - so if you missed out in January, please come and join us in June. We are all excited to be back together for this overnight event 🙏🏻 again, to book please head to The Yoga Hall direct. Come and join me this Friday night for 75 mins of you time. A warm, friendly space where everyone is welcome to take a moment, put everything else down and just allow your system to be with sound and silence.

Come as you are - there are NO expectations, NO demands - just bring your mat, a blanket, pillow and water plus else that helps you to feel comfortable and relaxed that you can fit in your car!
