Gotta love some sparkle! Xmas is coming! We’ve had a lot of fun face to face this week with EWBeard in Stratton and Newbury getting the team up to speed as Mental Health First Aiders. Humbled by the depth of conversations we had on difficult topics. Modeling emotional intelligence and vulnerability is never easy but soooo worth it!

Gotta love a Premier Plus overnight Premier Inn Lancaster with a full English in the morning! Do you practice self care? Worked out I need to practice what I train so treated myself to an upgrade and had the best night sleep 😴, a rainfall shower with fab smellies, a Nespresso UK at 6am and feeling 10/10 for today’s session with EDF Heysham 💃💃💃Whohoo let’s go Thursday!!

Exciting few days ahead working in Scotland 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 Long road trip yesterday and as I arrived late at night saw the power station looming in the darkness! And this mornings view from hotel room a bit better than my average one!!
