As we welcome in this Solstice month of June ☀️

There have been some significant changes both within us and for our light body, as our planet continues to grow and expand with the high speed light coming in ☀️🤍💫

Softening has been a strong theme this past week, and tonight we share in a sound bath to experience this for the body temple through the instruments and etheric journey.

The crystal that you see here, has been hand picked from the island of Cyprus, by a beautiful man and soul who is from this land. A wise man he is too, as we shared a heart to heart connections throughout the day of our love of the sacred feminine.

Aphrodite herself, created through the sea foam, shares her tender beauty with us this month, reminding us of another layer of love that is awaiting us for our hearts and also our sacral - water layer. Aphrodite is awaiting us to connect with her 🌊

I personally love it when this ocean brings up the bubbles through the wind 🫧

If you would like to meet this wise soul yourself, he is a regular stall holder with on a Tuesday in the Assembly Rooms in Avalon- Glastonbury.

As we draw close toward the end of this blossoming month of May- that we feel is the month of Angel- Mother Mary.

We share on this flower Friday the Lily of the Valley, often associated with the tears.

From beloved Mary, these tears would have been so pure, and a release for Her to return to her presence again.

The Lily of the Valley to me is another flower than honours Mother Earth as the bell shape petals face the ground.

As part of the heavenly scent that greeted me when walking into her House on Mount Nightingale, where these waters were collected. These type of Lily encourage you to release deeply, so that space can be created inside a help you to return and rise again.

I feel our beloved Angel- Mother Mary would encourage this 🤍

As part of the Temple range, these droplets have so far helped so many receive a healthy and good nights sleep 💤

There are no words just yet to express what the depth of gratitude I have in this heart for what occurred on Sunday as Sedna came in to alignment with Uranus.

To share this day and water journey with each and every SiStar that was involved this day and evening, continues to ripple out in Al-ways.

The depths that Senda herself has reached, is inspiration in itself, as she made the icy - cold conditions her friend- and created her own winter story.

As we shared these Sedna waters in her name, with prayers, whale harmonies, soul-song, heart intentions and a Gaia- Sophia channeling.

The true power was shared…… and received 🧊🌊

My heart is brimming with pride, with All that was activated and connected with, through our hearts, connecting with the elder Whales, Sedna and Uranus.

The energy was truly transformational, and as I revisited the same part of the ocean this morning where we the ceremony was held, I felt the difference from yesterday within the salty ocean. ( yes I did swim in with Her).The energy has shifted.

A day full of laughter, heart connections, and higher self-connections throughout the day, as we were blessed by so much as the waters witnessed, absorbed and recorded our vibrations ,as fears were released, moments of soul song, transmissions from Shakti and Sophia – Gaia. White roses, crystals and prayers and intentions were gifted to the ocean. This ceremony was beautifully held, as the sun shared its rays on all below.

In the evening, we journeyed deep to the ocean floor again, with our whale guide that morphed from the Cosmos to our actual ocean. I enclose a photograph of the Ice caves that we visited in Russia. With spirit messages from the insect world, and the transmissions received from the Ice world ( that does feel similar to the Whale song).The ice holds and shares wisdom ( another record keeper) for us, whether in drip drop format or a big crack of a large piece falling, this ice has wisdom waiting for you to connect.


To be surrounded by SiStars throughout this day was so nourishing, my cup does run over with gratitude.(a bit like the Sedna ice block creating her running over from the mother bowl onto the floor).
I enclose the recording link from last night and want to that YOU for your beautiful presence and being courageous to connect with Sedna.

You made yesterday truly Amazing and these perfect ripples continue to move out in all ways, as these energetic codes continue to move all around us as into the collective field.

Well, look what popped up as. Was creating space on the photo album.

The sacred waters of Sedna , that will be also shared tomorrow evening. Being added to the mother waters during the online event of ‘Igniting Sedna’s Whale Song’ that is occurring tomorrow evening.

The events page shares all, if you are wanting to add your ripple of change to create an impact in a world in transition 🌐, which we can safely say - we are feeling this week.

In the depths of our knowing, we can hear a soul sing- that moves us to the core, that is filled with healing power and oneness.

This soul song has been shared over eons- since this planet formed, and the carriers of this song comes from the Akashic record holders of the elder whales.

All of the clicks ( echolocation) , low frequency pulses, high pitch whistles, complex song that contains 7 melodies have been shared throughout the oceans, time and Earth’s evolution.

To feel the aliveness of effervescence with water, is probably my favourite.

Always a joy to experience. As all the ocean energy and codes come up through my feet and into my body.

There maybe noise and motion here in the surface- yet meters below, the silence of the deep resides and awaits for the new song of water light to be shared.

To date this has been carried and emitted and has been weaved by the Whales and the dolphins as they carry the true frequencies from the eternal stream. 🐋🎶🐬✨

Am forever grateful to the Mother Ocean for her continual teachings.

4 more days until we come together to meet Sedna and the spirit of the Whales.
