Building the future of post-market evidence starts at Site Initiation.
Strong post-market evidence doesn’t begin with data. It begins with collaboration, alignment and a shared commitment to long-term patient safety.
Accellerate's Rosanne Joseph Anthony and Vivian Jude Almeida, recently joined Mr Navid Jallali, Plastic & Reconstructive Surgeon, and N**i Ghanadian, Director at The London Welbeck Hospital (LWH), together with the clinical research team, to conduct the Site Initiation Visit (SIV) for the GC Aesthetics PERLE™ 10-Year Prospective Clinical Study.
It was also a pleasure to undertake this important milestone at The London Welbeck Hospital, a long-established independent hospital that was relaunched as a specialist cosmetic surgery facility in the early 1990s.
The SIV marks another important step in a long-term programme designed to generate robust clinical evidence on the safety, performance and patient outcomes of the PERLE™ breast implant.
As regulatory expectations for medical devices continue to evolve, Site Initiation Visits are far more than procedural milestones. They establish the foundations for rigorous data collection, align investigators and site teams with the study protocol, reinforce regulatory and Good Clinical Practice requirements, and help ensure the consistency and quality of evidence generated throughout the study.
At Accellerate, we believe excellence in post-market clinical research starts from day one. By building strong partnerships between sponsors, investigators and clinical sites, we help transform regulatory requirements into meaningful clinical evidence, evidence that supports compliance, strengthens confidence in medical device performance and, most importantly, contributes to better patient care.
If you're a site, sponsor, or medical device manufacturer looking to strengthen your PMCF strategy or learn more about the PERLE™ 10-Year Prospective Clinical Study, we'd be delighted to connect.
