I thought I’d share the Spring Liver Reset I’m doing starting 13th April 🌿

This is something I like to come back to at this time of year to gently support my body… not by forcing detox, but by working with it so everything can flow more easily.

If you’ve been feeling a bit sluggish, low in energy, out of balance or just not quite yourself… this can be a really supportive reset.

I’m part of a group doing this together, which always makes it easier and more enjoyable 💛

My AROMAReiki Practitioner Training shows you how to combine Reiki and essential oils in a way that feels natural, grounded and professional, so the oils become part of the healing rather than just something extra.

Hello lovely ones. I’ve been invited to speak alongside a selection of incredible healthcare professionals for the Beyond Boundaries Charity Winter Warmth and Wellbeing webinar series.

The series began with my session on Staying Well Through the Winter Months with Essential Oils 11th December and continues right through January. It’s a beautiful opportunity to invest time in your own self-care over the Winter while also supporting a grassroots charity doing meaningful work.

Each webinar has been thoughtfully designed to help you stay well through the colder months, find closure before the festive break, relax and unwind so you can truly enjoy the season, and step into the New Year with clarity, intention and the support you need to stay aligned.

Reiki Share – Monday 11/11
Marlow Bottom Village Hall

There’s something really special about this month… the soft golden light, the stillness in the air, and that gentle pull to slow down. 🍂

And this time, our Reiki Share falls on 11/11 and the 11:11 Portal!! A powerful gateway where the veil feels thinner, intuition heightens, and the energy of awakening and alignment is so much stronger.

We’ll start the evening with a guided Reiki meditation to step into this sacred 11:11 energy…working with release, ancestral healing, intuition + new beginnings.

Then we’ll split into small groups for Reiki sharing, and finish with a grounding integration meditation to seal the healing.

✨ This session will support you to:

• Release what’s complete
• Connect with your ancestors + guides
• Awaken intuition through the 11:11 portal
• Anchor peace, trust + alignment
