Have you ever wanted to balance upside down but never feel you have the time to practice it in a regular flow class? Or do you just feel you’re not sure what you even need to be doing in order to balance?! 🤔 This day will be to help with this!🤸
Set in the beautiful Chilterns countryside, in a quiet, stress free location we’ll work on the foundations of handstand, forearm stand, headstand. The day will not be uber serious but there will of course be work involved to condition the muscles needed in order to balance. 🤸

Yoga based flow and floor based drills to build strength and flexibility
Drills at the wall to build upper body strength and balance awareness
Arm balance play with personalised cues to enhance your learning
Optional country walk with views overlooking the chilterns countryside
Mid afternoon stretch with relaxing long yoga holds
