Are you only cleansing your skin for 10 seconds? 👀
One of the biggest mistakes I see is people rushing their cleanse. A quick splash isn’t enough to properly remove dirt, oil, SPF, and daily build up.
💧 Aim to cleanse your skin for at least 60 seconds to give your cleanser time to do its job and leave your skin truly clean.
My simple recommendation:
✔️ Cleanse once in the morning.
✔️ Cleanse once in the evening or if you’ve been wearing makeup or SPF, do a double cleanse at night for the best results.
Healthy skin starts with the basics, and cleansing properly can make a huge difference to your overall skin health and the results you get from your skincare products.
