FYI - SMART GLASSES, AI GLASSES, WIRELESS GLASSES etc... ARE BANNED IN THE WELLBEING SUITE.

Should you arrive with these glasses on, you will be asked to remove them or be asked to leave.

Recording is NOT allowed in The Wellbeing Suite in any capacity - not on Smart Glasses, Watches, phones or any other gadgets.

Should anyone be caught trying to film in The Wellbeing Suite, appropriate action will be taken.

All of your Smart Technology that you bring with you to Sessions will be placed in a bag and a box and put out of the way during your sessions.

Happy last Bank Holiday before Christmas Wellbeing Family!!

Check this, at the beginning of July my lovely Green Fingered Client brought me a tomato plant.

I took it home and determined not to kill it I fed it, talked to it, massaged it (of course) even tickled it ( its a thing ...they love it....I think.....I did it anyway)

Today, I picked my first ripe Tommy's!! I am soooooo proud that I didn't kill it!!!

Sooooooo delicious.....zero pesticides involved....just pure love. The difference in taste is mind blowing.

Guys, if Russia do decide to come for us....I'm your woman for fresh Tommys so don't worry.
