Firstly I'd like to say these upcoming changes havent been made lightly. I put my heart and soul into this business. I work tirelessly to build this into the vision I have for supporting the healing and growth of others. As helping others along their healing path is something I'm so incredibly passionate about.
However, for it to be the best it can be for everyone who comes, my energy has to be 💯 happy in what I'm offering and how its ran.
✨️ Firstly, I'm making a slight price increase to certain sessions.
60 minute treatments which were £35 will now be priced at £40. 75 minutes now 45.
As we all know lifes expensive! 🙈 ever growing costs to living, I'm left with little option but increase slightly. Prices have been the same since I started massaging and I've kept them at the lowest end of the going rate as long as possible, to ensure as its affordable to all.
2 hour sessions will remain at £60.
This will come into effect from the 1st October so any bookings already in place throughout September will still be charged at the original price.
✨️ Women only massage (barring existing clients and those I know personally)
This is something I've sat with since before even starting along my massage journey. I'm now very lucky to have some amazing regular male clients, and this wont change for them.
As a female massage therapist, lone working, there is always a little niggle and worry when I get new male clients book through the system for massage. It's very sad that this day in age this worry exists, but unfortunately because of a very small minority it does.
My energy needs to be completely at ease, comfortable and confident when clients walk through the door to my space. Its a space for healing, stillness and growth. If I'm anxious the energy in that space wont be right.
So, Ive made the decison to offer massage to women only barring existing clients and those I know personally. So I dont have any niggling worries that they may be inappropriate remarks or energy about to occur.
✨️ Strict cancellation policy and deposit for ALL bookings.
I fully understand that things crop up and sometimes its impossible to make our appointment. I will always accommodate and go out of my way to ensure your rescheduled whenever suits you.
Im so lucky to have a loyal repeating client base and I'm sure they will fully understand and appreciate that I have to do whats right for the business as this is my livelihood.
This week I've had no shows on 2 hour appointments, last minute cancellations and no deposits made when bokking via whats app. Those I know where this cant be helped, this is by no means of a dig 🙈 but those who just dont show up to appointments when booked with no deposit costs me substantially financially.
3 weeks worth of rent since Saturday its cost in lost appointments so I have no option but to insist 50% deposits are made upon all bookings.
Any appointment which is cancelled within 48hours or not showed up to, will be charged for the full session.
Rescheduled appointments no later than 48 hours otherwise full payment required.
Always message and speak to me direct as I will go out of my way to reschedule. I fully understand this is just the way life works sometimes. I still however have to safeguard the business against financial loss. On the nicest note possible, this isnt a hobby, this is my job 🙏
These are changes I've needed to make for a while. I have to now ensure this business is profitable to enable me to carry on, as well as ensuring I'm completely comfortable in what I'm offering and delivering ✨️🙏✨️
