✨ Can we normalise needing a review after Botox? ✨
Let’s normalise this…
Needing a review appointment after your Botox doesn’t mean the treatment hasn’t worked.
It doesn’t mean anything has gone wrong.
And it definitely doesn’t mean you’ve “used too much Botox before!”
Here’s why…
Every face is different. Every muscle is different. Even the left and right sides of your face can respond differently.
When I treat you, I’m making a clinical judgement based on your anatomy, muscle strength and the natural result we’re aiming for. It’s always safer to be a little conservative initially than to over-treat.
That’s exactly why I ask you to come back around two weeks later.
At your review, we can see how your muscles have responded. If one area is still a little stronger than expected, a small adjustment can be made to fine-tune your result.
Think of it as the second part of the treatment—not a sign that anything has gone wrong.
Natural-looking results are rarely about using the most product. They’re about getting the balance right.
So yes… let’s normalise reviews. They’re part of providing safe, personalised aesthetic care—not a sign of a failed treatment. 💛
