Open to all therapists and anyone who wishes to come along who has an interest in health and wellbeing. Guest speakers, workshops, activities, treatment shares and networking.

If you could share with your communities / groups / colleges it would be highly appreciated .

The meetings are held every 2 months and can be an evening or weekend .

We are also looking at the occasional online event .

We have awesome guest speakers and topics and it would be great to reach a wider audience .

We’ve one space left on this introduction to kinesiology course this coming Sunday, we will be a small group allowing for optimal learner engagement, head over to Eventbright and type in kinesiology and book your place.

A massive thank you to Marna who was our guest speaker tonight . An informing and engaging talk on what her wonderful CIC does , informing , support and training in su***de prevention.

We learnt how as therapist we could hold space and help clients who are suicidal or have suicidal thoughts .

Education is power .

We look forward to some future collaborations 💕💫.
