One photo - lots of inspiration- 16 years ago since I first visited the special place that I hold my be_balanced_italian_retreat I am so grateful to be able to welcome women to this space each year and for their trust in me to hold their retreat space for them. I remember about 20 years ago reading a statistic that stated that if we continued on the trajectory that we were on by 2035 male s***m counts would be zero.

I'm not sure what current predictions are, however we do know that s***m counts are on the decline and in the clients I support on their fertility journey, male factor issues often feature.

Smell plays an important role in biological compatibility, so maybe the fact that so many of us where synthetic fragrance, hormonal contraceptive alters olfactory sense along with lots of other ways the chemicals in synthetic fragrances alter our endocrine system, it might just be worth knowing more about the choices we are making and the products we are using.
