Hi, I'm Stuart with over 12 years of experience, predominantly working in private practices with an NHS background. I do individual assessments that look at movement patterns that are specific to YOUR body. We are all different: previous injuries, long-term postures, avoidance of chronic pain or even emotional trauma can lead to "avoidance" of certain areas that cause mechanical problems over time

. It's most often not just "wear and tear" or "your bad knee". I take a whole-body approach, starting from the ground up - using the feet as a focal point to assess your entire body. My sessions use this to help with treatment including manipulation and massage. Bespoke exercises to fit your body's dysfunction helping you understand why you have been having pain or limitations in your body and help function and performance. I will also provide a clear diagnosis and prognosis. This can be used for acute pain, chronic long-term problems or even better help prevent injuries/pain and help stay better for longer! I cannot guarantee to fix your problem completely but I can guarantee I will do my best to get the most out of what you can! Let's get those basic foundations right.
