Morning you gorgeous lot, I'm gonna get a bit real with you all on this sunny Monday morning. *this is only informational, there aren't any major changes coming!* The world has been very intense these last 6 months and it's definitely had an impact on me. Between family deaths, external family and friend stress, supporting my metal health, and generally the harder stuff that comes with running a business, it has been very difficult for me to balance everything. Across the main 3-5 sectors of my life, there is always (at least) one that will fall slightly behind to keep the others ahead.
Lately the thing falling behind is admin and social media, now bear with me here, I absolutely hate having to remember to post to social media. And with the oh-so-fun-neurospices getting involved, admin can genuinely feel like the most daunting thing in the whole world. I'm working on new systems for myself to try and make things easier. I am working through my outstanding messages, and I promise I will get to everyone. To make sure no double bookings happen, I can often reply in batches, that way fewer people get missed, dates are easier to secure and there is generally less back and forth for everyone involved.
