Just a little yap about some of the conversations I've had this weekend at our local river festival, with parents wanting to support their children through this.

It definitely feels to me like it's more noticeable in the amount of children this year? Or maybe it's just that more people have found their way to me than normal.

Bespoke blends 😍

I think my strongest magic has always lived in the things I create for just one person.

Don’t get me wrong, I adore my signature blends, but there is something incredibly special about sitting with someone, listening to what they need and then disappearing into my little world of oils, botanicals and intuition to create something completely unique to them.

It’s the same within my rituals and treatments. No two people arrive carrying the same story, living in the same body or needing the same kind of care, so why should their blend or experience be exactly the same?

This little bottle is a bespoke hair and scalp oil, blended to soothe and nourish the scalp, strengthen the hair and help reduce breakage. My client will be using it as an overnight oil before hair wash day, alongside her scalp dermal rolling routine, to support a healthy environment for stronger hair growth.

There is no off the shelf formula here. Every oil was chosen with her, her hair and her needs in mind.

This is the work that truly lights up my inner herbal witch. Bringing together over 20 years of aromatherapy knowledge, botanical ingredients and a little intuitive blending magic to make something that belongs entirely to one person.

Fairies, Witches, Wizards & Mystical Wanderers of Melksham... this one's for YOU!✨

We're putting together a little sprinkle of magic for this year's Melksham Carnival, and we'd love for you to be part of it.

Introducing 'The Enchanted Fantasy Troop' a walking group for anyone who's ever fancied joining the carnival but never had a troop to walk with. Witches, wizards, elves, goblins, dragons, dragon slayers, knights, princesses, fairies...Whoever your inner fantasy character is, there's a place for you here.

This is a joint gathering by The Holistic Mummy, Frome Faerie Fair and Emma Day Art, three local names coming together to bring some sparkle to the streets, and we'd love as many of you as possible to join us.

Mental Health Awareness Week feels especially important this year.

So many people are carrying things quietly. Smiling while exhausted. Functioning while overwhelmed. Holding everyone else together whilst feeling disconnected from themselves. And the truth is, sometimes we don’t need fixing… we just need space to exhale, to be held safely, and to feel seen without judgement.

One of the reasons I do this work is because I know what it feels like to move through grief, stress, heartbreak, anxiety, loss and emotional exhaustion. I know how heavy life can become when you’ve spent too long surviving.

Holistic therapy isn’t just about pampering or relaxation. Sometimes it’s about finally allowing your nervous system to soften. Sometimes it’s about healing through gentle touch. Sometimes it’s a quiet conversation while essential oils work to comfort the mind and body together. Sometimes it’s simply having one hour where somebody is caring for you.

Through aromatherapy, energy work and intuitive support, I offer a calm, nurturing space for those who feel tired, emotionally drained, overwhelmed or lost within themselves. A space where you don’t have to pretend you’re okay.

If Mental Health Awareness Week has reminded you that you’ve been running on empty, this is your reminder that your wellbeing matters too. You are allowed to rest. You are allowed support. You are allowed softness.

The noise about Pelvic Health and Wellbeing is getting louder, and notice is finally being taken.

But for the time being wr are all still heavily reliant on holistic support of symptoms and pain, until the medical side find away to offer more support.
