Just finished off another term of mother and baby yoga classes. New term starts June 1st, £5 off a block of 6 sessions if you book before 22nd May!

At the Wiltshire School of gymnastics dance studio, cafe open before class starts.

Come and meet other mums and babies as well as help your postpartum body with breathing techniques and gentle yoga based on your individual needs. Also some fun songs and yoga for babies.

Classes are in Bowerhill at the Wiltshire School of Gymnastics. As a mum of two wonderful children I have been through the new mum/second child experiences! originally a primary teacher specialising in physical education and early years physical development (MA), I wanted to focus on providing 4th trimester support for mums and their babies! I have been teaching mother and baby yoga and massage for over 4 years now, originally based in Camberley and working for the franchise Busy Lizzy, I now run a very small business in the local area of Melksham, I aim to keep classes affordable. Drop in is available, but if you come to a series of classes I am able to specifically work with your Individual needs. Message me to come and try a class before half term!
