Some of you may already have had a sneaky peak at our new labels, as we have been slowly introducing them as our old labels ran out. For those who haven't yet seen them, all will be revealed when we launch our new website next week!

So, it's farewell to our old designs and our old website, and hello to our fresh new look, which we hope you'll all approve of.

We're delighted to announce that we'll soon be launching new look product labels across our range and a brand new website. We're just in the final stages of development but we are hoping that the new website will be live by the middle of next week.

In order to make the switch we'll be putting our site into maintenance mode while we check everything is ready to go. This will unfortunately mean that we're offline for a while, but we'll obviously try to make the transition as quickly as we can.

If you know you need to place an order soon, we'd encourage you to do so by Monday 7th September so we can get your products dispatched prior to the changeover.

Our essential oil of the month is Bitter Orange, which is pressed from the peel of the sour orange which is used to produce marmalade. It has a slightly less sweet scent than Orange Sweet, but possesses similar therapeutic properties.

Simple but effective!

A recent 2026 case study followed a 67-year-old man with hypertension who was struggling to sleep and waking about every two hours.

Researchers placed 5–8 drops of German chamomile essential oil in 70–100 mL of water in a humidifier, positioned about 50–100 cm from him, and ran it for 10–15 minutes before bedtime for three consecutive days. The result?

His sleep-quality score improved from 12 to 5. He went from waking every two hous to once during the night to sleeping through the night by day three. He also appeared more relaxed and refreshed.

That's a remarkable change from a remarkably simple intervention.
Now, this was one person over only three days, so it doesn't prove chamomile will produce the same results for everyone. The authors appropriately call for larger, controlled studies.
