Sometimes change can be difficult…even if it is something really happy. Like me moving into my beautiful home. The things I noticed, were exhaustion and lots of emotion. I knew this was down to all the change I have been having to quickly accept, in order to get on with life.

Reiki really helped me to bring myself back to a more grounded state and give my nervous system the reset it needed.
